A Little About Me
My name is Andrea Loughlin and I live in Blue Bell, PA with my husband, Chris, and our four children. I am a lover of the beach, road trips, Penn State, the Philadelphia Eagles and concerts, especially Bruce!
I started my photography business in 2005.
I left the business world, as an accountant, after my 4th child was born. While at home, I started a part-time scrapbooking business which led me to capturing life behind my lens.
Over the past 10 years, my work ethic and passion for photography has provided me with a successful business that continues to grow today.
During this time, I have spent many hours continuing my education in both photography and retouching. The success of my business has been built on providing fine art canvases, professional prints and superior customer service to all of my clients.
In my team sports and school divisions, I consider myself a partner. My staff and I are devoted to taking the stress out of “picture day”. We strive to put the “portrait” back in school, sports and team pictures.
When commissioned for a family session, I do my best to provide clients with a relaxed and enjoyable portrait session. My families become engaged in the process of making a lifetime memory. My ultimate goal is to have my clients look at the portraits on their wall and smile thinking about the experience as well as the beautiful images.
My Soap Box
In closing I feel it is important to note that the end product of my work is a carefully retouched image printed at a professional lab. In both my sports and portrait divisions, my business model and fundamental belief is that images are created to be printed. In this digital age, many people are only interested in obtaining digital files. In most cases, these digital files remain just that; never printed, on a jump drive or on an old computer that may or may not still work. This generation will have been photographed more than any previous generation but they will have very few “pictures” to show for it. While I recognize and appreciate the need for social media files (which I do provide for families and seniors), my preferred product will always be printed heirlooms for your children and mine.
